Publications

West Midlands Ambulance Service publishes a number of documents each year which are designed to demonstrate the progress that the organisation is making towards improving services for patients.

As well as our Annual Report, you will find details of our Quality Account which sets out many of the clinical developments that are taking place.  There are also publications from external organisations such as the Care Quality Commission.

You will also find a link to our Members Newsletters and Monthly Briefings that we issue to interested parties and key stakeholders which update you with the latest news about the Trust and activities that our staff have been up to.

Details of the agenda papers for the meetings of our Council of Governors and Board of Directors, can be found separately within our webpages.

Finally, you will find other publications that the Trust are required to publish or has been involved in.
