Compliments, Commendations and Comments

If you were especially pleased with the service you received from the ambulance service, we will be pleased to pass your thanks on to the ambulance crew involved or if you would like to make a comment about something we do.

This may be about a specific incident, or about the service received over a period of time in which case, it helps if you are able to provide:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Names of the staff involved (if known)

If your comments relate to a particular incident:

  • Date and time of the incident
  • Location of the incident, even if approximate

We will be pleased to pass on your thanks to the staff involved.
