Freedom Of Information
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 recognises that, as a member

can make complaints if you need to. You have the right to know
which services are being provided, the targets being set, the
standards of services expected as well as the results that are
achieved.

sometimes not all of the material can be made available for

the type of Information that may be exempt is that which falls
under the Data
Protection Act 1998.
