Constitution of West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust
Pursuant to Annex 6, Standing Order 4.18:
Any meeting of the Council of Governors shall only be quorate if one third of the total number of Governors is present Pursuant to Annex 5, Appendix 3, Section 6 of the Constitution:
If a Governor fails to attend 3 consecutive meetings of the Council of Governors in any rolling year period they shall cease to hold office unless the Chair is satisfied that:
- The absence was due to a reasonable cause; and
- The person will be able to start attending meetings of the Council of Governors again within such a period as the Chair considers reasonable.
