Patient experience
We aim to provide a high-quality service, in most cases we will get this right, however there will be times when we do not get it right. We encourage patients, carers or members of the public to get in touch with us to share their experience, whether positive or negative, to allow us the opportunity to learn from these situations and to use them to improve future services.

Take part in research
As a Trust we have contributed to research to help patients with stroke, cardiac arrest, trauma, and breathing difficulties, as well as high-volume service users and callers with low-acuity illness.
