If you require technical support, please contact the IT Service Desk. It operates 24/7 and can be contacted by either telephone on 01384 457 777 or email IT Service Desk.
A job will be logged on our system for you and you will be issued with a reference number. An engineer will then be assigned to an engineer who will contact you as soon as possible.
When emailing or leaving a message, please try to include as much information as possible about the fault, including the location of the fault and full details of how the Service Desk can contact you. This will help to rectify your issue more quickly and then update you once a resolution has bene reached.
