One man has died following a collision involving a motorbike and a lorry on the M6 in Willenhall, yesterday (6th October).
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called at 2.54pm to the M6 Southbound between junction 10 and 11 and sent an ambulance, two paramedic officers, a MERIT trauma doctor with a critical care paramedic and the WMAS Critical Care Car to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “On arrival crews found a man in a critical condition. The team of medics worked quickly to administer advanced life support on scene but sadly, despite their best efforts, nothing could be done to save the man, and he was confirmed deceased a short time later at the scene.”
