A pedestrian has died following a road traffic collision in Wolverhampton yesterday (Monday).
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to reports of a collision involving a car and pedestrian on Stafford Street at 6.11pm and sent one ambulance and a paramedic officer to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “On arrival, crews discovered one patient, a man, who was the pedestrian.
“Sadly, it quickly became apparent that nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene.”
