A woman sustained potentially serious injuries following an RTC involving four vehicles on the M42 near Sutton Coldfield last night.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the southbound carriageway of the M42 between junctions 10 and 9 at 9.04pm last night (Monday). Two ambulances and a paramedic officer responded to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “Crews arrived to find several cars which had been involved in a collision. The passenger of one car, a woman, suffered potentially serious injuries and received treatment on scene before being conveyed on blue lights and sirens to Heartlands Hospital for further care. Two other people involved in the collision were assessed and discharged on scene.”
